Touching the Source
Have you ever considered the possibility that you could change....everything. We are not just referring to individual or collective change. But the whole sphere of thought its self. We have talked about changes that can occur in the psyche. And that change is in the moment or not at all. Where "change" is concerned there is no tomorrow or future. Only the projection of the self identified and defined.
We all exist in relationship. Everything that is, is related to every other entity both sentient and non-sentient. We are not separate although thought creates the illusion of the me and the not me. It is the primitive mental exercise of a "self" that moves through conditioned time/space. In our individual and collective relationships it is possible to discover and realize something that is revolutionary. It is not a theory or an experimental exercise. It is the very fundamental matrix in and through which all "things" exist.
It is the source of all that is. We are not referring to spiritualism or some new age crazy "ether" thing or God. Neither is it scientific theory nor part of an known or unknown universal truth. It did not come from the "Big Bang". But all these things and more are part of it. Its immensity cannot be intellectually comprehended. It is beyond the grasp of human intelligence. Yet we are wholly of it. Not part of it as a duality but as whole.
We cannot know the "source" as you would know a thing in its self. But it is you, that which is and remains the unknown. How do we experience the source? The source is never experience it can only be experiencing in the moment. Relationship is the key to its understanding. When one becomes consciously aware of a moment when all things become as one. Remaining in that moment we see relationship unfold and we are able to touch the source through our actions. These are not reactions to something perceived by an entity but rather simple choiceless and timeless observation that solicits an action of pure unconditional love.
That uninvited source (you cannot make it or will it to happen) is the change in your angry neighbor, the religious or political war about to start, the disgust and rancor in your own mind. It all changes not because you did anything (because your "doing"is the problem) but because you realized "the relationship" that exist in all that is. When one touches the source then a new understanding is born.
One that cannot be touched by the minds tendency to calculate risk.
