Allegorical Illusion
An allegory is a symbolic story or idea that represents a perceived reality. Life is lived symbolically. That is one associates and identifies with that which creates an underlying continuity of solidarity. All religions are allegorical in the sense that they create a bridge that connects past, present and future. Self which is the projected image of thought is the allegorical result of belief. It is the self created illusion of that which is caught in time. If one can see that ones consciousness is a conditioned allegory of time then it is possible to have a realization that transcends the ideological.
How does one find that which has no symbol or definition? How is it possible to realize something that is beyond thought and time? If one can be aware in each moment that there is only the illusion of the self absorbed, projecting desire, then one may reach a point in the absolute moment when there is no movement. In that moment one may see directly the truth of that which is without symbol or definition. It is the realization of the true self. The selflessness of the moment which is absent all projection. As has been previously said words and definitions are the illusion of symbol. They are the allegory of what has been. To live in allegory is to live in the illusion of what was. It is the conflict and confusion of the self projected.
To realize that the defined ideal is the illusion of self, is to come upon freedom that is not freedom from something. It is the freedom of the reality of the absolute moment. The falling away of the self created image of what was and what will be. Freedom is living in the unknown. It is the dissipation of all polarity. Energy that has no agenda, that is the pure joy of living in the simplicity of what is.
